Grain elevator printer predicts worker's deadly accident one day early

A grain elevator clerk noticed something odd when a bill arrived for drying grain in an empty bin. The bin even felt warm despite holding nothing. She worked at the grain elevator outside town handling invoices. Because the scale log showed no activity, she voided the bill.
The second false entry
Another bill soon appeared listing drying grain in bin three. That bin was also empty, though its temperature gauge registered warm. The office printer then powered on by itself and added Lena as the receiving clerk on the document.
She shut down the computer completely, but the printer continued operating on its own. It produced a new bill containing just one line that read emergency removal from bin three.
Tomorrow's date
The bill's date was set for the following day. It listed one worker involved in the incident. At the bottom of the page, the worker's name appeared as Lena. The charge description stated the cost was for removing her from bin three.
